Just gave a talk about a new, fully p2p, permissionless swap in/out protocol for cheaper and better #LightningNetwork channel balancing at #adopt21. @RyuKurisu It's a p2p network on top of bitcoin, where you can cheaply and instantly send bitcoin transactions over bi-directional payment channels, which are anchored to the blockchain.
