Man, conversations on a CW toot are really annoying to use.

@raucao I wish that if you toggled the first CW toot it was like a way of saying "I accept what comes my way, untoggle it all".

@simonv3 I wish the response wouldn't automatically carry the same CW. One should be able to decide per toot if requires a warning or not.

@raucao looks like you can untoggle it. I guess it makes sense to have it CW by default.
